It is accessed through the hotel foyer and embodies the spirit of the 30s, with its wall lights and ironwork.
With a decor in ivory and chocolate tones and a stunning glass ceiling, the space is bathed in light, and features an elegant contemporary chandelier, echoing the Starck chairs. The restaurant was completely renovated in 2005.
The open kitchen is a delight for all the senses and whets your appetite for the impressive selections of starters and desserts.
The brasserie puts the focus firmly on taste and variety. Guests can enjoy fish specialities, wok dishes, and regional flavours revisited in the inventive style of William Elliott and his team.
