Les Cimaises

In harmony with the general ambiance of the Hotel, a 30's-style new look restaurant.

The Brasserie, which is just off the hotel lobby, conjures up the spirit of the 30s with its wall lights and wrought iron.

It is decorated in shades of ivory and chocolate and boasts a magnificent glass roof, through which the light streams in, and an elegant contemporary lamp that echoes the Philippe Starck armchairs. It was completely refurbished in 2005.

The kitchen, which opens out onto the Brasserie, appeals to all the senses and whets the appetite for the superb buffets of starters and desserts.

It is the ideal setting for the superb flavours and sheer variety of the dishes. You can sample the fish specialities, stir fries and the classical local cuisine which has been inventively revisited by William Elliott and his teams.

Les Cimaises restaurant is open daily from 12.15PM to 1.30PM and from 7.30PM to 21PM. It seats 100.

The restaurant Les Cimaises will be closed on 24th and 31st December for diner.

With his kitchen opening out onto the restaurant, our resident Chef, William Elliott, will be delighted to welcome you to "Les Cimaises".

Choose from an eclectic menu which ranges from a magnificent buffet to à la carte menu, to succulent fish dishes which are William's specialties. Witness his expertise with your very own eyes as he creates these stunning flavours, using fresh regional produce which have been chosen with the utmost care.
